psp comic reader problem

Hey guys, I bought the psp go, and I have the psp go version 6.35, but it doesn't have the comic reader! I just did the steps on "Get Started", and still nothing! any tips?

What region is your PSP Go from? Does it have the "Extras" column on the XMB?
