Penso que não existe nenhum tópico sobre isto, e achei que este post pode ajudar muita gente que queira utilizar o Sixaxis no pc.
Desculpem ser em ingles mas foi o unico tutorial de como instalar o sixaxis no pc que encontrei.
Então aqui vai:
SIXAXIS no PC
I have spent the past few days trying to figure out how to get my Playstation 3 SIXAXIS controller to work on my computer. Finally I was able to figure it out, and it’s rather simple to do actually.
Firstly, you must be running Windows XP (I’m running XP Pro). I am not sure if you will have the same results on other versions of Windows, but you can give it a shot if you like. The first thing you need to do is download the rar file found here, which contains two exe files. If you don’t have winRAR make sure you grab it first. Once you have downloaded the rar file, follow these steps.
1. Unrar the file containing the 2 exe’s
2. Run ‘libusb-win32-filter-bin-0.1.10.1.exe’
3. Plug the SIXAXIS into your PC
4. Run ‘ps3sixaxis_en.exe’ Note: this program should automatically close after a few seconds of running it.
5. Go to control panel, and then click on game controllers. You should see ‘Playstation 3 Controller.’ Double click on it, and you should see 19 red icons representing the buttons of the controller.
6. Press the PS Button once, and button 17 should light up. Once it does, your controller is now working.
Note: Controller number LED’s may continue to blink, but not to worry, the controller will still work properly.
There you have it folks, you can now use your lovely Playstation 3 SIXAXIS on your computer.

Por acaso só vi agora o post do Ankiboy e lembrei-me logo que já havia um tópico enterrado a falar disso.
É normal que no meio de tanto temas de treta que por aqui andam , os bons tópicos acabam por ficar ignorados.
Foi bem pensado o teu post Ankiboy , pois eu também andava a pensar por o meu Sixaxis a rolar no meu PC novo e também eu já não me dou ao trabalho de procurar os posts bons no meio da salgalhada.

SIXAXIS no PC
Passei os ultimos dias a tentar perceber como é que poria o meu SixAxis a funcinar no meu computador. Finalmente descobri, e é até um processo bastante fácil de fazer.
Primeiro, tens de ter o Sistema Operativo Windows XP(Estou a usar o Windows XP Pro). Não tenho a certeza se funciona noutras versões do Windows, mas podes tentar se quiseres. A primeira coisa que precisas de fazer é o download do ficheiro rar neste site(here), que contem dois ficheiros executáveis(exe) . Se não tens o winRAR , faz o download primeiro(carregando na palavra winrar). Assim que tiveres acabado o download do ficheiro Rar, segue os seguintes passos:
1. Extrai o ficheiro que contém os dois ficheiros exe(executáveis)
2. Corre o ficheiro ‘libusb-win32-filter-bin-0.1.10.1.exe’
3. Liga o teu SixAxis ao teu PC(Por via USB)
4. Corre o ficheiro ‘ps3sixaxis_en.exe’ Nota: Este programa deve fechar-se automaticamente segundos depois do teres activado.
5. Vai até ao painel de controlo, e carrega em Controladores de Jogos.Deves poder ver na lista de controladores de jogos o "Playstation 3 Controller". Carrega 2 vezes nele, e deves conseguir ver 19 ícones vermelhos representando os botões do controlador.’
6. Carrega no botão PS(como fazes habitualmente para conectar á ps3 o comando), e o botão 17 liga-se. Assim que isso acontecer, o teu comando está finalmente a funcionar no teu PC.
Nota:As luzes do controlador(As luzes vermelhas que aparecem na parte de cima do comando quando o ligas) podem continuar a piscar, mas não te preocupes, o comando continuará a funcionar normalmente.
A tradução não está perfeita(mas acho que se entende bem), portanto estou aberto a correcções 
Fiz isto para quem tem mais problemas com o Inglês.
