Fairly happy with my times, tuned car I think I did a 1'36.2 and the standard was a 1'48.4 I believe. 3'24.7 or something combined. I'm pretty sure that Daniel Holland will get me before the end.

As some of you probably already know, I can't enter. I'm just purely doing the time trials for fun and some friendly competition with my mate from GTPlanet Dan Holland. The reason, I'm not over 18, so yeah, sucks a bit but ah well. GT6 hopefully....

Err.. DNF and DNF... I'll get back to it this weekend and try and adapt to the handling enough to finish a lap on the non-tuned car...

I only did a few lap's last night, 1'43.733 for the tuned with a controller, and that was a pretty shocking lap, am 79th and falling! Haven't had a good blast yet, but the weekend is almost here!

However after only a few minutes of playing I thought to myself  "its going to be crazy hard to get a competitive lap time without a decent wheel and pedals". The controller isn't accurate enough, especially if you want to balance the throttle and hit the apex perfectly!

Anyone recommend a good cheap wheel? I would love to get something like the Logitech G25, but don't have a spare $500

The Logitech DFGT wheel and pedal sets aren't bad and a bit cheaper than the G25/27.
