Heya everyone! Haven't got round to playing Ridge Racer Unbounded yet and I'm not really in the mood to get a copy to be honest. All my enthusiasm for the new RR game was ruined when I saw the words "innovative gameplay", "track designing". Who else agrees with me on the point that Namco should release a good old RR game? Like RR Type 4 but with way better graphics? ANyway, I hope there are still some people who own RR7 haha. Who wants to race with me? If you're into racing games, feel free to add me too btw!

i got Unbounded, and i am disappointed about it. Its a good game, but not Ridge Racer. I am currently on the lookout in my local Game / Gamestation for a copy of RR7. I got RRT4 downloaded from PSN, and played that last night. graphically it was actually decent for a PS1 game! I agree, a HD version of RRT4 would be great!

Ahh jeez you gotta find it haha try eBay or something...im sure you can get it used for as cheap as 5 quid! Yup I've seen RRT4 on PS store...thinking of getting it haha im sure it's gonna bring back awesome memories! I'd love GT2 to be available on ps store as well tbh... Hahaha i used to cut classes because of that one xD I'd just stay home and play GT2 in year 6 XD it was 2001 i think lol do you mind me adding you on psn mate? =D

I love RRU and finished the single player and got the crinale car the other day.

Oh do you? Have you played any RR games before? If you have, does RRU have the same drifting system?

I've played quite a few RR games since on the ps1. I got RR on my ps vita as well. The drifting system Is different In this one thought In RRU. It took me a while to get used of the drift In RRU and finally master It at the end. The game has grown on me and done everything In the game now. Also I unlocked the crinale car which Is very know as the devil car they call It.

Yeah, add me! and the drifting system is completely different. Whereas in RR7, u just turn sharply or release acceleration, then gas it, RRU has you pressing O as you enter a turn, which shifts the car into drifting.

Massive Ridge Racer fan.

Still own Ridge Racer,RR Revolution,Rage racer & RR4 on ps1 disc.And ps2 version.

Have both PSP games - Have the 360 (7) version & ps3 version.I also own the DS version for my DSi XL.

However,i havent bought this new one yet - To me it doesnt look like it plays like classic ridge racer.Waiting for it to be around the £20 mark before i jump in.

I still have Ridge Racer Type 4 for PS1 and loved it, great graphics for PS1 and loved the music as well
