Then they have dozens of other studios who help collaborate with the bigger studios and help out with multiplayer modes etc, or make smaller PSP titles or ports. That's why you see 2 or more Rockstar logos when you start certain games.
Like Rockstar North helped Rockstar San Diego on Red Dead Redemption. And Max Payne 3 by Rockstar Vancouver has Rockstar New England, London and Toronto all to thank as well who are all helping in some way shape or form.

From my point of view, they are working on a NEW MC series. But, the only downside, Rockstar are NOT keen or ready to publish any evidence yet... unless... someone from rockstar leaked some infos, which I doubt will never happen. Why? If the staff try to leak some infos / images, then they will be BBQ for good... not joking!
Oh well.... that is all I can say...

I would love a new MC to happen. I still play LA, still love Rate my ride, still love customising my cars and bikes.
Suggestions for the nect MR:
Set in either the UK, NY or San Francisco
More bikes please! More customisation for bikes too. Let us remove fairings, hard tail, cut and lower frames etc.
Lowering body work would be cool for cars as well, esp the old motors.
Can we please have minis, more European cars like Ford mondeos, fiestas, Vauxhall Corsas, pick up trucks, vans.
Keep everything else the same! It's not broken, don't try fixing it!
