I tried doing the Dragon Smoke drift challenge in Driver San Francisco last night several times, but it kept saying I failed, despite beating the 1000 point target every time? Is this a glitch, or am I missing something? Anyone else experienced this?

edit - are you going thru all the checkpoints and finishing within the time limit?

I've just done it with an end score of 1171 WP.

After a few big point drift attempts and failing I concentrated on just getting to the finish within the time limit.
Finished with about 10 seconds to spare.

Just got this game today, I didn't like the demo, but actually it's pretty good!!

This is one of those games where the demo did absolutely no justice. I couldn't stop playing the full game!

As for the actual challenge I had no problem completing it. Are you using the Nissan 370Z? That care is as slippery as a shopping trolley but with the right amount of understeering you should be able to crack it.

Hi Stu, it was the check point thing in the end. Had not even registered that there were a certain number to go through, too busy concentrating on scoring! Still, you have to go fairly quickly to make it through to the end in the time. Great game, really into it now!!!
