Wipeout HD + Fury - the best racing game on the PS3

Does anyone know what PS3 racers are compatible with the Driving force GT wheel. I bought it last week ready for GT5. Now thats not coming out i was wondering what else works with it. I have shift and it works brilliantly with the wheel, i just dont think its going to last untill GT5 gets released (if it ever does).

If you want a GT5 contender then i recommend either Ferrari Challenge or the more recent Supercar Challenge. Both have a brilliant simulated game engine with knife edge handling requiring skill to win

get ridge racer 7, not only is it very cheap to buy now but it has offline 2 player which a lot of games recently released do not have.

Ytevo79 is spot on with FC or SCC although no split screen it is the best sim on the ps3! also it's great with a wheel!

Its very difficult to unreservably recommend any next generation driving game. its so subjective. Personally i thing that ridge racer on the original playstation is unbeatable. I had both the ps2 and xbox, now i have the ps3 and the 360. I find both fm3 and gtp both to be flawed and frustrating.This week i got for ps3 ferrari challange and supercar challenge for a very cheap price, both games are technically good yet once again are far too serious to be enjoyable.And on some tracks totally unplayable.

The solution, i play ridge racer on my psp through my hdtv. its pure acade fun but incredibly difficult to complete on the top level. Ridge racer 7 on the ps3 is awful beyond belief compared to this.
