PSP Go - speculation

Here's a thought I just had that would most likely please every PS3 owner in Australia, and any other territory where PSN cards are not currently available..

I think we have a high chance of PSN cards being announced for Australia..

Look at this:

Ok, the PSP-Go is download only, no UMD. So that (obviously) means the only way to obtain games is via purchase from the PS-Store.

Currently, only credit cards are supported. What about all those people without credit cards, and/or people who can't or don't want credit cards? I'm sure Sony won't pass up the opportunity to not screw the PSP-Go up by making the only way to buy games with a credit card - theoretically if Sony want the PSP-Go's release to go smoothly, they'll have to release PSN cards in Australia/and other territories so that a wider range of people can actually purchase games for it.

There's a taste of my undeniable logic - PSN cards must be released with the PSP-Go.. Otherwise nobody but credit card holders can buy games for it!

*Gives McMicka a pat on the back*

Well done. :smileyhappy:

You raise a good point though, pretty much essential for the release of the PSP Go.

Nooooooo, thats you must be so smart. I wondered why Pretoria and Fury made a thread both discussing PSN cards in Australia which included a poll....

I thought they just wanted to know how we would react? :VERY STUPID:

You know I must be a nerd. I had a dream about SCEA releasing PSN cards last week.

Edit: Oh and i would have to agree with your logic about the PSN cards and PSP Go.
