No, there is no recharge cable included with the 360.

A thing to think about - you only need to buy a single play and charge kit regardless of how many controllers you have. You can buy official Xbox 360 rechargeable battery packs for the controllers for ~$10, and just use the one cable to charge them. Unlike the PS3, any controllers plugged in to the 360 will keep charging even after the 360 is turned off.

The biggest thing the above PS3/360 price list is missing isn't entirely game related, which is blu ray. It's in the PS3 from purchase and is a neat little extra to have. You may not want a blu ray player but it comes with the package and when put together with all the rest of the PS3's features it is actually priced rather attractively. After all, the in-built blu ray is the reason why it is still a bit pricey, so it's hard to compare the prices of the PS3 and the 360 without taking one of it's main features into consideration.

I still find this pathetic..HD cables should be included with the PS3

remember sonys awesome quote - 'the HD generation doesnt start til we say it does'. apparently it starts when they release their console for $300 more than the competition, call it HD but only give SD cables, then make the customer fork out an extra $50 for HD cables. 

THEN the HD generation starts :laugh:

lol I dont think Ill forget all the hoo ha ...It was so 

dissapointing for me after paying $1000. 

And then having to pay for the cables to really enjoy it

On the topic of Square...I cant pick them these days

and they pretty much better deliver with FF.

Im confident it should be a good game..but their efforts

have been less than pleasing of late.
