So where can we watch Microsoft's? It's only on XBL or something, and I'd prefer to watch on my laptop than my TV xD

They usually are. I can't say I have purchased many Ubisoft games in my 13 years of gaming.

I'm using IGN, it's one single live page/video stream for all the conferences and the streaming never drops for me; keeps things simple.
