It really depends how it performs. There is one company that are releasing 3dtv without the need for specs. But they currently don't work as well with 3dtvs that requires specs.

This is why I am skeptical, but also very interested. At the moment, people are shelving out thousands to get the 3D experience and somehow Nintendo are basically saying, "We've managed to get 3D into a small device without the need for glasses". A part of me feels that we'll be disappointed when it is shown in action, but another part of me hopes I am totally wrong.

But it can't be that spectacular, could you imagine the price? Unless Nintendo have discovered something every other company hasn't.

Maybe it comes down to the size of the screen. Or that Nintendo just found a totally flawless easy way and Sony looked into into it deeply with technology LOL

I maybe wrong but the 3D tvs that dont need glasses only work if your sat directly infront of them. Due to the size of the DS screen only one person can really see it, so it works
