Rockstar will be there 100% gurantee, so will gta5 and maybe gta6..

They will be invited out on stage during the xbox 720 and ps4 reveals to show demo of what they are capable off.

If rockstar didnt show up, their stock value would plummet and their houses would be taken off them.

They will be there, only question is, who is gonna invite them on stage? microsoft or sony?

Im guessing microsoft, only cause sony have said they want to wait and see what microsoft does, and microsoft has cut the 360 price level to stock clearance levels.

Just to let you all know... Rockstar Games may still appear at E3

Take Two Games will attend... which wholly owns Rockstar Games & 2K Games... So don't rule it out...

I emailed Rockstar today asking them... I expect them to reply by tomorrow...

Okay I got a reply from them and they here's what I got back... Strange I didn't even mention GTA V in the email I sent them

Thanks again for your interest in GTA V. Unfortunately we still do not have much information. I have not heard whether or not Rockstar has plans for E3. According to the E3 website, Take Two Interactive, our parent company, will have a booth there, but that is all that we know at this time.

We understand that sometimes the lack of information can be frustrating, because we are all very excited about GTA V. Rest assured, the information will come eventually, and I have a feeling the game is going to be great.

Reason why is they want to save it a surprise for e3 that is why they deny it in that e-mail you received.  If they show gta5 at e3 it will probably be shown in secret as rockstar don't usually show gameplay of gta games until a few months before release date.
