I'd like an in depth, open world RPG to be announced, something from Bethesda maybe? A new Splinter Cell from Ubisoft would be amazing, and more information on Call of Duty, that would be good. EA should release a new title for the Vita as well, Dead Space maybe? I'd like to hear about a zombie survival game too, similar to Dead Island. Last but not least, Grand Theft Auto, I'd love to hear about a new game in the series, being developed specifically for the Vita.

A Youtube App also some sort of Flash support similiar to idevices , a fps not restisance a few platformers a motorstorm a gt and Not a ton of psp / ps1 /ps2 so called hd collections.

I really can't see Flash coming, especially now Adobe have pretty much dropped the format for mobile devices

For me, a date for PS1 support would be a good start to Sony's E3. I'd also like to see some in game videos of potential killer games such as Bioshock

I'd like to see Gran Turismo Vita and PS1 support, that would be sweet.

A nice Bethesda RPG, a nice JRPG, a nice couple of FPS - BF Vita, Dust?, GTA V(ita), You Tube - yep, more games, apps, minis, more EVERYTHING! oh yeah.....that KILLER, fully online game that will sell a million devices as well. Not too much to ask is it?

Yeah, I'm with you on practically everything you said, if by BF, you meant Battlefield, then hell yes!! It's my number one game, and I'd love for it to come to the Vita, just didn't want to say it in case I jynxed it or something.  If it does get announced, I'll be one happy son of a *****.

I've got a funny feeling we may see it one day, if so, it would be the killer game, no doubt. if it is announced, it'll be next year I'd imagine, after Call of Duty has been out, because let's face it, they're both extremely competitive titles.

Oh, and like bcfc545 said, more First and Third Person Shooters are definitely needed!!

Remote Play all the way for me, and with the WiiU probably being the centrepiece of Nintendos conference this year, and it's Own Remote Play esque functionality being its most prominent feature, then if Sony are ever going to properly integrate remote play into the Vita system ( as they have been dangling/touting this feature for no less than 5 years) E3 may just be what their waiting for, in order to go head to head with Nintendo.

Some kind of Mass Effect spin off would be good. Also a couple of New FPS or third person shooters would be most welcomed. Oh and a good arcade racer like burnout would be perfect.
