i purchased 2 new characters for everybodys golf world tour and i own the disk, but when i installed the new downloads nothing happened. i tryed it again and still nothing,can anyone help me

Is the game fully patched?

 

If the characters are Gloria and Alex, they can be hidden of the right hand side of the screen. Upon character select, go to either Intermediate or advanced and scroll fully to the right to see if they are there.

What Vis said, unless you have the patches the slots for new characters don't appear and when they do you need to scroll over to the right to see them.
