Re: Sunday MVP Fun Night; Everybody's Golf Premier League!

Can't take all the credit Shtumf, Je suis un rockstar was mainly Bill Wyman's work :smileyvery-happy:

Yeah not sure what WRST was on in the Safari game but he sure did worry the flag on numerous occasions :smileyhappy:

Re: Sunday MVP Fun Night; Everybody's Golf Premier League!

Thanks everyone for yet another fun night. So glad that Vissy keeps the event going (Thanks to all the hosts.) Nice to see some new faces coming along and enjoying the banter. Long may it continue.

Seemed to be a French theme last night in our Prem room.  Senn could hardly contain herself with all those hunky guys speaking the language of lurve. (Well actually she could...quite easily!)

What is it with those rules games?. "Don't hit it in the rough whatever you do" ends up with that being exactly what you do..doh! (Unless you are WRST)

Great games last night, thanks to our hosts. The last one for me was tough, those rules, evil i tell you, pure evil. Much fun all the same.

Re: Sunday MVP Fun Night; Everybody's Golf Premier League!

Argh. Apologies, but I meant to come to this event, much as I meant to come to the last one :smileysad:

On the upside, I managed to get a Platinum trophy, however :smileyhappy:

First off, many thanks to Marrow and Heather for being the co-hosts this week! Couldnt do it without ya!

Well as one room had long tee and the other had regular, it's hard to call a winner here, so I say, it's a draw!

:smileyvery-happy:

Game 2, Euro CC, 18 Holes, Reg Tee, Premier League Game

Although Sennasational did epicaaly well, the 10 points this week go to WRST with an amazing -18, well played all, the league table has been updated for your perusal!!!

Championship

Ahh the championship, where xHeatherx takes her lil group of golfers, looking to improve their game before joining in with the tougher Premiership!

Game 1, Highland 18 Holes, Long Tee (mirror)

Now for a bit of spice, some extra rules this week!

Game 1, Great Safari, 18 Holes, Reg Tee, +2 Bunker, +2 Rough, +2 Hit a Tree

Whoa! What an amazing score there by WRST! Made Even more impressive with the rules we had on!

Worth a closer look at his scorecard I think!

Lummocks! What a score!

Game 2, Crown Links, 18 Holes, Reg Tee

Gotta mention WRST's performance in the special rules game at Safari. The way he had that ball dancing round the pin on his approaches was scary, awesome display sir!

Thanks for all your kind words ladies & gents, I do have to admit that on Hole 9 as marrow witnessed the ball did enter the ruff only to SBS back to the fringe!!

The absolute gutache was the 0.1 on Hole 15 *sob* if it wasn't for the uphill slope the ball would have been in the cup for an alby...... aw well that round was 1 in a million which I will possibly never achieve again.
