Not quite sure what you're asking here - the Vita and PS3 versions of the game are completely different and can't be played against each other.

If you're wondering about a Vita EG League, well, it would be nice if it were possible to set up private tournaments, but I don't think it is. Maybe people could meet to play public tournaments together? Not ideal, I know.
