Re: Eyepet 2 announced

is eyepet move the same as eyepet but just swapped the controllers about, or is it eyepet 2? would be a waste of money to buy if same game just a new controller but would consider if new game completely

Re: Eyepet 2 announced

eyepet move edition, is techinically the same game but instead of the magic card you use the move controller instead

Re: Eyepet 2 announced

Move edition is for younger kids. they could not obey the instruction to keep the card facing the camera. (kids not doing as told, that never happens, right) That's the only reason for the MOVE version. They found it out during more testing and cancelled the US release, time after time. I still expect the young ones to still fail most challenges, even adults did. MOVE edition means a US release for the pet and SCEE London needs to break into US sales.

@ GraphiteGB

The issue you're mentioning with little kids failing to hold the card properly was the only problem that we've had with this game. My little daughter has been playing it for almost a year now (she's 3.5 now) and she stills fails to understand that the rectangle has to be facing the camera...

I really hope that the "move edition" patch is made available to everyone for free. It will really fix the only problem in this very, very enjoyable game.

Sony, are you listening? I've already pre-ordered my Move controller - now give us the patch, please!

@ thorgrimm

Do you have a link to any Sony press release/blog post/whatever that would confirm your statement? I have not seen such confirmation anywhere.  Link or it did not happen :smileyhappy:

We cannot be sure of that unless it's officially confirmed. Just look what Capcom did to owners of the early version of Resident Evil 5 (myself included).
