My son hasn't played eyepet for ages, especially since he lost all game progress after his original ps3 fried.. He's just getting into it again, working through the introductory days, and decided to buy the Transport styling pack off psn to get the pilot costume. I bought it, downloaded it and installed it, and received a confirmatory email that the transaction had gone through. But we can't find the costume anywhere, nor anything else from that pack? The Lucky dips and other free DLC have been received fine, and are in the clothes area of the changing room, but not this paid-for one.

I've tried re-downloading it from the transaction management menu and that made no difference. We've logged in and out of eyepet and turned the system off, restarting it this morning, but nothing! 

Can anyone help?

I have bought a few costume back such as Halloween and one with a shark costume and it worked ok. The costume should be with the other clothes - for example, the pilot hat with the other hats. The other thing I can think is that maybe you are using the original EyePet and this costume was only for 'EyePet Move Edition'. What does the description on PSN say?I think it would say something like 'to use this you need a copy of EyePet Move Edition' if that was the case.

If this is the case you can upgrade for free (at least, this was on the store some time ago, probably still there) but you'll need a Move controller.

That's it! We'd downloaded the Move update but it just merged in with lots of other lucky dips etc so didn;t think to start it up. Thanks so much!
