Eye pet is fun, except those annoying challenges!

seems lots of people are having issue on the Day 2 Friendly Face challenge. How actually this is supposed to be done?

I've triend to lower my face vertically, horizontally, then wait for the pet to come near my head and then "smile" and enable the camera then R1. Nothing happened!

Can someone shed some light?

My boyfriends son had the same problem trying to get down the eyepets level. Found it a lot easier tilting the camera up  to normal height and letting it come to you.

Hit R1 a few times as soon as it smiles so it should definately get a shot

So at the moment we take a photo of the pet smiling, the challenge is considered passed? Guess have to try hard on this

Unfortunetely I have the same problem.

I bought the game today, and I cant do that Friendly Face challenge in any way!
I tried about milion times, I even had to delete photos from memory because camera was full.

I putting my head down, sometimes even on the ground, waiting for pet to come and sit down, and making photos on R1.

But nothing...challenge is not approving. I really dont know what to do, and I heard that many people have the same problem.

I made it today.

I dont know exacly what I did, but I see this challenge is working when it want, not when we want.

I lied down on the ground with the face in the center, and pet was trying to get up on my head.

He was back to the camera and he was trying to get on my face, and than I hit R1, and challenge done! 

So try it out, maybe it will work for ya.

I can confirm this, i tilted the camera up to face me, i got closer so my face was in the center, the eyepet walked on my face with his back turned and i pressed R1 and to my delight the challenge was done wowowo.

Well I can confirm this method. Sort of. First thing I tried was lying on the floor with my head vertical, almost instantly it started trying to climb on my head. I took the photo while it had it's back to the camera. However I remade a new eyepet today and now I can't get it to work. So frustrating. lol

and most importantly, make sure the room is well-lit
