I have been all over East Pump Station inside and out but it still shows up as 'undiscovered' on my map. What gives ?

This is a real pain, you have to go really close to the wall just to the right of the door, took me a good 5 mins to get it right

This happened to me on quite a few locations, Sometimes I'd have to enter the building and then leave before it would " register".
