ok, so on fallout 3, garza is dead but doctor li wont leave him asking iif i have medicine. he is dead. my last save was like just after vault 112. its too much work to do it all again. does anyone have any solutions?

Yes! Learn to save more often

I had multiple saves for Fallout, so I could at least go back and take a differnt path, especialy good if your a 

trophy hunter.

i saved fallout every half an hour cos of how often the game freezes and crashes. It's still my favourite game though.

Try just continuing the mission and leave the tunnels without them. They often got stuck for me and then would appear out of nowhere at the end of the mission.
