Looks good from the trailer, it's on my list of games to keep an eye on.

) that New Vegas was in fact, not directly struck by nuclear attacks, and as such, most buildings are still intact.
As for the power, the Hoover Dam is still operational, and is an in-game location
Area 51 should appear as well, could be interesting

Also, the Hover Dam is the Jefferson of New Vegas. All the different factions are fighting over control of it 
If you own the Dam you own Vegas
