having a little problem.. east pump station

ok i have the explorer perk.. running around unlocking each site

 

i have done this to everyone but.. east pump station.  as you know when you aproch an unlocated point we get that lovely sound telling use we have found somewhere

 

after bing inside around east pump station  it will still show on my map as not found!!, cant understand why? as i have unlock the terminal inside and have a quest to ' FIND THE RADATION LEAK'

 

its not stopping me geting a trophie but i just want it marked on my map, anyone else have this issue?

 

hhave you found the way to unlock it?
