I am just starting out in Blender, well, starting as in I downloaded the programme. I still need to wade through all the tutorials.
Anyway have you tried www.blender.org, www.blendercookie.com and www.blendernation.com ? They have tutorials for modelling heads however I couldn't find one for eyes only.
