Wow. I had this thread bookmarked and I was waiting to hear back from people since I signed up. I thought the project had died then I saw that issue 2 was out.
I'm still interested in helping. Not sure what software you are using but I am familiar with Quark Xpress and I feel that some of the text layout could use some work. Mainly the use of two columns then switching to 3 etc.
As I said earlier, I am studying journalism so, whilst also being a relatively good writer, I am also studying a lot of layout/design techniques.
If you want some help then by all means drop me a PM.
