City started two sundays ago, didnt get enough entries, so insted of it ending this sunday just gone, its now been lengthened to this sunday coming up.

I think this should be done as a competition. Rather then just ongoing, as that means people lose interest really quickly.

I think you need to maybe restructure it. Because it is a great idea, but Fan Art is sooo dead it'll be tough to motivate people. I think you should get on the blower to Lestrade and see if Prizes could be made available.
