Its back and it wants you... to take part (or something like that)!
Yes that's right, Sig of the Week is back but with a few tweaks, due to the fact that the economy is broken, a loaf of bread costs a fiver and we all work 3 jobs and send our children to work in cotton mills up North its obvious that there isn't quite the time on everyone's hands to get something, (anything) done and dusted in under a week so now its... *drum roll please* SIG OF THE MONTH!!!
Basically this will be the main thread for discussion and news, the 1st of each month (or there about) will see the opening of a new thread for that months entries/competition - the comp will end on the 25th and these entries will then be voted upon and winner chosen which will be announced on the last day of the month.
Said winner will receive a banner/thinegy-ma-bob (to be decided)which they can place under there own sig as a boast of sorts.
Competition will then restart within a whole new thread on the first of the next month and so on and so on and so on....
So.... due to Lithium (this board) annoyingly I can't stick a poll in a thread, so instead there will be 3 separate threads!
Thread 1 = this thread
Thread 2 = The particular months comp/theme/your entries etc.
Thread 3 = a thread in which I repost your entries, each entry has one post, you place your vote by using your kudos.
Does that all make sense?
The rules for submission are as follows:
1: Sig should be no larger than 500 x 200, but it may be smaller.
2: The sig must be of your creation. Please do not enter someone else's work.
3: Sig should contain a username, not necessarily yours, and some mention of the PlayStation Forums/PlayStation.
4: Two submissions per person per month max although only 1 is needed to participate.
5: Sig must be within the specified theme if there is one. If there is no theme then feel free to be imaginative.
6: Do NOT submit entries in to THIS thread, all entries must go in that months submission thread - link will be posted in this thread.
Submissions will be accepted up until 25th, then there will be 4 to 6 days of voting. You can vote for yourself too!
Any questions just ask... though you may never ever receive an answer which is in anyway serious or helpful.
PS - You do not need mad Photoshop skills to enter, anyone who submits something made in MS Paint will probably get my kudos
PPS - All links etc to the other threads and any other info will be posted in this thread, do not be surprised to see them bumped/quoted if they fall back among the pages as conversation grows the page count
PPPS - All winning entries will be listed/posted below all this text for ever and ever with the honour they deserve!

And now for the first months competition...
As January is nearly over with we're going to start Februarys a bit early... so, you have until the 25th of Feb to make your submissions after which a new thread will be created for you to place your votes.
This months (Febs) theme is... FInal Fantasy (due to FFXIII 2 being released soon), so go wild!

Two entries in one day, I thought I'd be chasing people around for entries. Nice one guys! Hopefully some of the people who use to enjoy this thread a lot will jump back in.
