here you go, hope it's ok for you. 

to set it as your sig, pop into 'my settings' near the top right and paste the below into the signature box...

Hey mattsimmo,

I was wondering whether you could make me a vita signature?

Maybe one that shows the top half of a vita with infront of it vita characters like Li'l and large (from escape plan), drake (from uncharted: golden abyss) and/ or sackboy (from lbp vita)

still have to download the program so I can get started myself... I did however make my avatar blend in with the grey background (sort of made it transparent) used paint though XD, it used to have a white square arround it wich I filled up with grey paint wich I copied from a printscreen of the forums...
