Recently on A/C I have started to use the short blade for fighting... So much quicker to kill.

i like it when one soldier whacks another soldier it can save alot of time than me having to do kill them.

I awake in an unfamiliar place. I'm laying on the Animus,but the enviroment around me is different then usual. "Mr.Miles,I thank you for discovering the location of all the other pieces of Eden. But, we are unsure on their exact whereabouts,and you should know what that means" I hear the professor say." You son of a bitch! Do you actually expect me to just go back into Altair's memory,and find you all the other *****ing treasures?!" I ask. "No,Mr.Miles. Altair is dead where we're sending you. Your going to theItalian Renaissance. A new ancestor. Ezio Auditore di Firenze. The year 1486. He stumbled across a piece of Eden,and unaware of it's power,buried it in his victory. You'll have to start at the point he became an assassin,and work your way all the way upto the burying of the piece.Now,just lay back,and relax" He says. The animus screen goes over my face,and before I know it,I'm in a room full of codes. The Animus is a machine that has been developed by Abstergo Industries, and it is used to decode genetic memory in order to produce a visual simulation. Genetic memory is the accumulated memory of one's ancestors that is encoded in your DNA. The Animus simply decodes intuitive processes of life within animals, such as how birds know where to migrate to or how animals know how to reproduce. The memories generated by the Animus are those that cause people and animals to have unaccounted experience and intuition for.
I wait,eventually,the Animus loads me into the memory of Ezio. I look at my attire. Just some casual clothing. No hidden weapons or anything. I wonder why that is. I seem to be in some sort of house,staring at a collection of books. I turn to the sound of footsteps. A figure enters the room and says,"Ezio, lock up the place,I'm going to make a deal with,you know who" I begin talking,but not on my terms. The animus doesn't allow me to talk,the ancestor does the talking. "Joseph,I told you not to mess with those guys. They don't seem like kind men" I say in an Italian accent. " Shut your mouth,just lock up when I leave" He says,and then walks towards the front door,opening it,and leaving. I wait a few minutes,then walk out the door also. Context clues tell me I have the lock,so I lock the door behind me. I can now see where I am. I seem to be in Florence,Italy. I have nothing to do,so I walk to the market area. It takes me twenty minutes to get there,but I immediatley spot what I am looking for. A fruit stand. I walk to it and pay a few coins for a pre-pealed orange. I walk to a near-by bench and sit. It takes me five minutes to eat the orange. I stand,and begin my walk back home. When I'm around the area of the house,I dive behind a bush at the sight of my apparent brother,a sword being held to his back,and some men escorting him into my house. I make sure I keep the image of the man wielding the sword in my head. He's bald,has a scar on his left cheek,beatnick amount of facial hair,and plain white apparel. Without a weapon,there is nothing I can do. In two minutes,I see all the men sprinting out of the house,and running away. I run into the house. Three bodies lay on the floor. My brother,my mother,and my father. I feel tears running down my cheeks. "I will avenge you brother,I swear" I say,ripping the cross neckless from around his neck and putting it around mine. "Fast forwarding memory,to a more recent one" I hear the Animus say,and then everything turns white.
I look at my attire. I'm wearing a white robe,similar to Altair's,and a small black cape over my left shoulder. I don't have a hidden blade,or a sword. All I have is a dagger strapped to my back,behind the cape. Altair was the ancestor I had previously went into the memory of,to find the location of the first piece of eden. According to the directors of Abstergo,only one piece is needed,but the others need to be collected,so nobody else gets a hold of them. Abstergo is the modern-day Templars,which were an evil in the third crusade. Then there is the assassins. In the real world,I use to be an assassin,but quit,or in my case,escaped. Then I was kidnapped by the professor,and forced to go in the animus. Lucy Stillman,the professor's assistant,saved my ass. Abstergo wanted to kill me,but she talked them out of it. She had revealed to me,that she is actually part of the assassins,and is working on helping me escape Abstergo.

whats with the wierd signs at the end of the game. i spent over an hour trying to do something with them

Here's my story,
I was climbing that GREAT massive Cathedral... and when I got to the top there was a templar hiding... He grabbed me, and because he jumped out at me I didn't think to reversal his grab in time... and he threw me from the roof, and I died.
I was mad for a second but then I LMAO because it was funny how he knew throwing me off would kill me quicker than trying to fight me! Those Cheeky Templars!
NOT a fan-fiction, but I came to tell that guy I answered his question!
