Mistress of the Empire by Raymond E Feist & Janny Wurts.

I wasn't sure about this series by Feist as it is co-written.  Turns out to be one of his best series I've read.

Just started reading The Walking Dead:The Rise of The Governor which tells the background story of a major character from the comics who has yet to appear in the tv series.
Really good read so far, any fan of the books or tv series shod give it a go.
Picked it up for deal in asda for £3 too

Prey by Michael Crichton , just finished The Running man by Stephen King which is waaaay different and superior to the Arnie film version...god bless the Kindle!
