Eh...I don't own a PSP, but my cousin does and I've played quite a lot of the games (he lives in France) and I went there for holiday for like 2 weeks...Anyway, um, Burnout Legends is quite good and so is Untold Legends...

Best PSP game so far, Ridge Racer. Simple and ideal for short games or a long session. Didn't rate GTA that much.
