Taking inspiration from the PSNation podcast, I would like to hear about all the different strategies one can employ in Fat Princess. For example:
KFC - This one came from the devs and involves 1 person carrying around the chicken potion and one person with a Mage cap. If the chicken potion can be used effectively, then the Mage can subsequently fry them up Kentucky style.
Helm Deep - This is one I've been thinking of that could potential involved an entire 16 player side. Pretty simple really, just line up a bunch of archers along the top battlements and put a few workers behind the gates for when the other team busts through. Lastly, there would be 4 warriors in the princess' throne room that would come busting out at the dying moments!

First major tip, you don't need to carry timber and metal all the way back to your castle. Just take it to the closest captured outpost.
So many times I saw people pick up stuff and carry it all the way back while I was racking up the points by not having to go so far.
Could anyone tell me how to get the comms to work??
I was trying to tell people that, but I couldn't seem to get my Mike to work. It might have been the lag though, because at the hours I play the only people on were the poms, and it was lagging out bad.

On the same not, anothre little time is taht you dont need to walk right up to the outpost, you can chuck the recource in from some distance away.

Thought of another good strategy overnight:
The Chicken & The Egg
One person uses the chicken potion on him/herself and runs as a decoy. When the chicken collects enough followers trying to get the easy kill, the second player is following with the big bomb and drops it on the distracted enemies!

Has everyone tried soccer mode? It's pure chaos, brilliant fun. It'd be excellent with a bunch of online human players, but I haven't managed to get into an online soccer game. I hosted one but nobody joined ![]()

Yeah, I tried the soccer match. Reminded me of my days in under 6'ers soccer! Everyone packing a scrum and just following the ball around.
Not sure about tactics for that one. The sideline make it easier to control the ball, but as soon as you get blocked your screwed!
It ridiculous and hectic, but I think it would be ideal for getting those "6 people at a time" trophies.
