I've been trying for the last two days to redeem my code but when I click the option to enter my code the next part doesn't load up

The music is still playing and the ESPN scrollbar is still moving so it doesn't freeze, I've left it sitting for upto ten minutes tonight and still nothing!

Anyone else have this problem?

I have the exact same problem. Not sure how to fix it but there seem to be a few problems reading through searches on google. Anyone managed to fix this problem?

i-ved tried to contact the ea support they told me to make another PSN id already did that still not working ...anyone solved this problem with the online pass?

Yeah, I have the same problem.

After chatting to the EA support we came to a conclusion that's its most likely a region problem.

So everytime I "X" the redeem online pass, it just goes straight into the game menu.

I've pre-ordered my game from the US but redeem online pass in Australia.
