MK 9 Kombat pass

So my brand new and sealed MK9 just arrived and I opened it to find no Kombat pass.  Where was everyone elses?

 

I have a manual, the bluray and another piece of paper about the PSN.

 

Does this mean I've been screwed over or am I not looking in the right place?!

Just opened my box now and I have:

Manual
Advert for games
Advert for PSN
Online pass

So yea the online pass is on a seperate thin card

Yep, if you have no code in your box make sure you return it to the shop from where you purchased it.

Thanks for the info guys. I spoke to the seller and he has given me a new code, however, with the PSN down I have no way of activating this code and trying it out haha.

The kombat pass code Is on the back of the manual. If I remember right as I done mine before the PSN went down.
