Hey People

Welcome to another the Obsessions Confessions thread!

As you may or may not know, each month, we ask you the community to tell us what your top gaming likes and opinions on certain games or genres. So with the new Mortal Kombat game soon to be released, we thought why not have a Obsessions Confessions for it. 

So we would like to ask you this question....  What is your favourite fatality? 

So could it be Kung Lao's razor hat, Reptile's acid spit or Scorpion's Toasty move? 

Your choice can be from any game from the Mortal Kombat series and also make sure to include a little explanation on why the fatality is your favourite. 

You have until the 16th March 2011 to post your fatalities.

Scorpion was always my fav character no matter what  i played i always liked the sound of GERRT OVER HERE.... it wasnt so much the face melting fire breath attack

one of the 3d ones added the chain pull thing as a fatality and he just stabed it into their head / limb / etc and pulled it off peice by peice.

Also lui kang i used alot just because he was kinda raw martial arts transforming into that dragon was a oh wow moment for me but later the 3d head punching off and kicking into their body was prity cool..

I didnt play the last one with the joker and stuff in it kinda fell off the wagon...


The new mortal kombat so far from what i seen looks great an brutal like it should be and oh wait its banned in australia so ill just go fight some government offical instead.

I had every Mortal Kombat released in the UK on the Playstation, I COULD NEVER DO FATALITIES!

Although he's far from my favourite character, Liu Kang has probably my favourite fatality in MK3, transforming into an arcade cabinet and squashing the opponent, sheer ***** moment. It's as though a Python writer had been allowed to design a fatality.

i had mortal kombat 2 on the mega drive, and my fave character was always reptile he was class but i could never do fatalities and internet wasnt available to find them out.  (sad with a hint of fail face)

Sub Zero's spine rip from MK1. By far the most shocking scene I had witnessed in a video game when I first saw it in the arcades!

Ultimate MK3 on the SNES. Getting a double flawless against a friend then chucking in a babality at the end for added humiliation.

WOW, there's so many! I Love Sub-Zero and all his Fatalities are Awesome. But I have to say that his Fatality in MK1 was the best thing to see at the arcades

Well the moves list for each character (or the Super Moves list to be exact) now has the Fatalities included and where you need to be standing to do them. From what I saw on the demo there's quite a few stage based fatalities too.

My fave fatality so far has to be Kung Lao's. It's just...wrong. But I'm really hoping the spiked ceiling from MK2 makes a return

Indeed. Anyone who could actually do it was guaranteed to pull a crowd in too, and they would never tell you how to do it!
