hi ive bought ff13-2 and soul calibur 5 and tried activating the dlc codes i got with them ( dampiere character for sc5 and the omega mission and costumes for noel and serah) but i ebter the codes and they say there accepted but i cant activate them cause i keep gettin an error message, and when i re enter the codes the are no longer valid, any1 know why im gettin this error message, cant access my download list to activate them.

Don't have an answer for you but I'm having the exact same problem with FF dlc.

I've got my fingers crossed that it has something to do with the maintenance on the PS store yesterday.

The error code I'm getting (80023102) from what I have read is to do with maintenance.

I am having the exact same problem with FFXIII-2. Tried re-downloading the patch and such about three times now and nothing happens, can't access Download Management due to the same error you guys are getting.

When I registered the codes it didn't ask me to download or do anything. Just accepted them and took me back to the menu. Really frustrating because I don't know what else to do.

It's a problem with the downloads at the moment. Hopefully fix soon!

Still not working for me. Same error, same issues. Tried redownloading the patch again and nothing. Is there anything at all a mod could do to check this out or possibly update us on what's happening?

And could someone who has it working let us know if you had to download it or do something to get it working please? Really frustrating and I want the stuff I paid extra for to actually work... :/

Are you guys doing it by the Store or by the option in the Main Menu?

I have no idea what is wrong, I did mine via the PS Store, with something like a 15mb download, installed, and it was fine.

Most of us can't get into our history download list we get an error so we can't download it again.

If we try and just use the code again that comes up invalid. So just stuck at the moment.

Personally, I did it via the main XMB menu. Entered the code and it registered without a problem, but then nothing happened. Wasn't prompted to download or install anything, no other messages popped up. I also tried searching on the PS Store for anything that might look like what I'm after and had a look via the in-game DLC option. Nothing.

Every time I try to view downloads (to see if something was stuck in there) it gives me the same error and won't allow me to go any further. This is when I try it in both the PS Store and through Account Management.

How do you get things elevated here so that a mod can check if the code's gone through fine etc.

EDIT: Just an update, seems to be a wide-ranging problem - Technical Felp Forums - PSN downloads.

Seems a very random and non-discerning problem. It's affecting a lot of users - both standard and PS+ - and a lot of games / movies / content. Sony are aware of it, but are seemingly ignoring the lot of us till some big so-called update on 8th Feb. There's been no update on the problem at all.
