Final Fantasy

Hoping someone else has experienced this or knows of a solution. After unsealing my new copy of Dissidia Duodecim Legacy Edition I tried inputting the code for alternate costumes for Tifa and Squall, however a message came up saying that I should check the code or that it may have expired. As there is no expiry date on the code and I checked the code several times to make sure it was correct I’m not sure why it is not being accepted. 

Any thoughts?

I redeemed mine as soon as I got the game which was as soon as it came out and it worked then so it is possible that there is some expiration date on them but they didn't put it on the voucher so I'd get in touch with Square Enix and tell about and they may e-mail you replacement.

I have the same problem! Even with the final fantasy 50 % discount There is any expiry date on the discount voucher that i know of but i don't know about squall and tifa costumes.

The only thing you can do is contact Square Enix and see what the deal is.

Sorry for being a noob but should i email them or call them? How and where do i contact them? And while i'm being a noooob i might aswell ask you how you add that rectangular trophy board each time you comment? I want that too ^^ Thanks

Using that site should be able to get you in contact with them.

As for the Signature my trophy card is from playfire so if you wanted one of these ones you'd have to join playfire otherwise you can get a Official PS one by signing into playstation.com and clicking edit my Portable ID and then copy the html code and paste it into the signature box which appears when you click My Settings at the top of this forum.

Thank you! I don't think i would have found that Portable ID else It's so confusing with their different sites... I thought they had one site with forums and everything but seems they got this extra offspring with the community before .eu.playstation... I am proud of myself xD Registered (pasted) the HTML onto the signature box and not the BB text. Let's see if it works!

Just got this game as well as 3rd Birthday off amazon the other day. Both costume codes(Squall/Tifa and Lightning) worked with no hassle. Sadly the 50% on FF1 & FF2 had expired.

WWhhatt!?!? Congratz i guess You defied what i was told in a mail i got from support square enix. I just got a mail saying that it expired on 25/06 which is the same date the discount expires... Weird. Well lucky u I'm mad at them though cause i don't get what i paid for. Downloading costumes if you bought Legacy Edition is not so much to ask for hmmph.
