Hi there matey, i downloaded all of the new content for Final Fantasy 13 2 but i can't seem to use any of the new weapons or characrers like lighting sazh or amador etc. I have finished the game with all 160 cyrstals and been to the colosuim but all i get is some strange voice talking about fights that will take place.. please help.

You have to go to the Colosseum the one on the far left of the Historia Crux and beat the said people in battle for a chance of getting their crystal and using them in battle.

I have only one selectible Colosseum in the historia crux. Which is the one with all of the 5 bonus upgrades bobbing up and down that you collect by throwing the mobble hunt ability. Hrrm maybe i have a dud version of final fantasy 13 2.

Have you patched your game with the internet?

i never knew there was a patch for the game. What patch do you speek of. I haven't been informed of any updates for the game while starting it from the xmb, or while starting a game from the title screen. There is however a download content button on the title screen but it doesn't work. It says no content available.

You should be prompted to update the game if you load the game while connected to PSN i believe there has been about 5 updates. cause it's on 1.06 now

Thanks for your help, although I still can't get the game running with the content i downloaded for the game. How do i force the  ps3 system to show me an update for final fantasy 13 2? I am signed in everytime I start the game.
