A few of my friends have decided to post battle scores via the sns service, but when I try to update I get an 'unable to update' message.

Are there any work arounds or is this a known issue, I can't seem to find anything about it.

Have you guys turned on SNS stuff in XMB?

Yup. Even turned it off and on to make sure.

Yeah it's all active, I cant seem to work it out. I'll see if I can find out anything from SE

Nope. "Unable to submit information" here is well. I just tried synchronizing the trophies and that worked.

Square Enix are being very helpfull trying to resolve this matter but say I am the only one who has contacted them with this issue so if anyone else is having problems please jump on the band wagon and send them an email at the link above. Thanks

Eh... I just finished the game yesterday. How would you contact them anyway? Do you have a link? It will be good for when I'll replay it again. Very worth it!
