All right. I opened a ticket as well. It puzzles me because it isn't working at all. Only for this game, though.

I actually made it working... I have Facebook in Italian, I am in Italy, I bought the game from Amazon UK. It doesn't work if the system language is English (UK). Switching to Italian it worked fine. Hope this helps. Still bugged though, I'll report it to SE.

Same type of thing for me, as I'm from the uk I had my character settings on multi lingual Latin, and my language and and dictionary on UK. I changed the character set to US and everything worked fine, problem solved.
