Final Fantasy

Has anybody received a preorder email from game? I have only received one for the strategy guide so far, but not for the actual game. I normally would order from shopto, but I went to game this time, because of the preorder exclusivity. The last game I preordered from game, was the uncharted 3 special edition and that arrived by the release date (might have been a day before). Hopefuly that was not pure luck, as when I preorder a game I expect it to arrive on the release date.

GAME have proven to myself and many others with this that they are a horrible company with a broken method or pre-orders and completely incompetent.

I just got off the phone after attempting to change my pre-order to express delivery, as otherwise they may not be here till even Monday, let alone tomorrow, and she said all stock should be sent out today, as for how long GAME take to deliver... I don't know. I never use them, and will never be using them again after this debacle.

IF you're going to pay for exclusivity rights for content ATLEAST off a service equivalent or better than what competitors have, not one that is far, far, FAR worse, it's an absolute disgrace, they should be disgusted with themselves, and so should SE for giving such a bad company exclusivity rights.

Well tbh game get a lot of exclusivity rights. I haven't really had a bad experience with them yet, but I will think twice about preordering from them again if it doesn't arrive by the release date. It's also a shame that you are unable to change your delivery method, once you have ordered. I couldn't care less about receiving the game early as it is only a bonus but I do expect it on Friday.

Ive recieved a email about the crystal edition of the game - The email doesnt acturally say if the game is being processed or dispatched. But it at least gives me hope that there doing something for my Preorder.

To be fair game use to be really good for preorders. Times i have used them Ive got the game a day before and delivery is normally next day once its dispatched. But since the website update, my online experience has been terrible.

Ahh GAME is next day? That's good.

It's still a terrible company, terrible website and terrible service overall. I will definitely not be shopping there again any time soon. The only reason I shopped there for this is because I collect Final Fantasy stuff, thus wanted the full version of the Crystal Edition, rather than the *****ty versions other retailers have to make do with.

Edit: Mines finally dispatched... Anyone know if it'll be here tomorrow or Friday or later? Makes me decide when I go beat the final boss of XIII again

I don't know. My shopto orders normally arrive next day, but it's hard to say whether it will be the same from game. I'm still waiting on my dispatch emails atm.

Has anybody noticed that the bonus offer doesn't mention any of the extras anymore. They must have took it down because of the amount of preorders? I hope that my preorder is okay.

If I don't have any of the pre order bonuses with my package I will rage. That was probably the only reason why I ordered from GAME.
