No, it has been confirmed there will not be 13-3 and it will be resolved with episodic DLC, as will the other loose ends within the game.
No, both options have the same ending and exact same cinematic regardless of choice.
You have to obtain both of there crystals like every other monster (7% chance with those). You can only obtain Lightnings crystal by defeating Amodar first and Lightning second, and you can only obtain Amodars crystal by defeating Lightning first and Amodar second.

K I was reading the guide book and one of the trophies say this view all paradox endings (including the secret ending) so if I locked it at 005AF and never meat snow there be a different ending?

You have to lock gates and complete certain criteria, and activate paradox scope.
1) Lock Bresha Ruins 005AF and defeat strong titan
2) Lock Sunleth Waterscape 300AF and defeat strong royal ripeness
3) Lock Augusta Tower 300AF and defeat strong Proto fal'Cie Adam
4) Lock Academia 4XXAF and say no to accepting the artefact from Alyssa.
5) Lock Academia 4XXAF and continue until A Void Beyond, and beat Caius.
6) Lock Academia 4XXAF and continue until New Bodhum, and accept the offer. (ensuring to keep the scope off to prevent other endings until its needed)
7) Lock Academia 4XXAF and continue until A Dying World and beat Caius. (ensuring to keep the scope off to prevent other endings until its needed)
8) Lock Oerba 200AF and defeat Caius
9) Collect all 160 fragments, repeat the final boss battle, watch until the end of the credits.

k looking on ps3trophys.org have i done the first parerdox ending fate and freedom?
just looked on youtube and it looks like i have to say yes to the fake lighting

i see i can do one after the other fate and freedom then heir to chaos

The guide says from ps3trophys.org make sure its off when in AF4xx which is was and turn it on before talking to fake lighting when I re-enterted it returned me before I talk to her so I turned it on and i tell you if it works
