Yes.

 

When you beat the game, you get  to make Cleared Game Data, which starts you just ouside the final boss, you unlock Stage 10 of Crystarium and have the final boss bestiary entries.

Ah thanks :smileyhappy: Got to the start of chapter 13 couple of days ago and decided to go back and do everything else first :Lol:
