I played through the demo once today, I did not like the whole quick time events in battle, if im doing something I triggered like a limit break sure but randomly tagged on either mid or end of battle? No thanks.

 

I do have issue with the monster party member if they are limited through the whole game, I did like how you could fuse abilities from one monster onto yours though. Theres potential in it.

 

Not sure how I feel about the unified crystarium, I think its going to take some thought and tough choices making each character a speciality class to start with, it isn't necessarily a bad thing.

 

I'm not sold on whether its going to be good but I'm not as put off as I was initially at the thought of the game.

The demo is amazing and I cannot wait until it comes out in february. 

I love the monster addition, lol had cait sith healing me and doing it's hilarious attack when the bar filled up.

All in all 10/10 in my opinion.

Not gave the demo a spin yet.

I loved the artwork, soundtrack and graphics in Final Fantasy XIII - the first Final Fantasy I purchased - but I couldn't finish the last section of the game due its horrendous repetitiveness so I sold it on. Nevertheless, from what I've heard, I might give XIII-2 a spin.

I tried the demo and I must say I like it a lot. Can see me spending a few hours on there each day.

 

The Mini map did anoy me a bit, since it keeps on spining to the same direction you would face so before you know it nort is south on your map and I think to my self my desination is north *looks at map* so I need to go up *Ends up going south instead* But I think there is a option on the menu to stick so it wont rotate.

 

Monsters I thought was a brill idea and I think leting them have just one role is good because if 1 monster just had access to all roles then collect other monsters would not seem worth it and it gives a nice flow to have difrent monsters in and out.

 

The cinematic thing I don't think Is so bad.
