Can i go back to a realm whenever i want?

I'm on chapter 2 in what might be warcadia but i want to go back to faery realm as keats to get the folk with the spikes that come out of him. is this possible? and is there really no ice type folk in faery realm for keats? thats why i have to go back, because ice type memory stones blocked the way.

Re: Can i go back to a realm whenever i want?

You can go back to other realms any time you want. When you get to a save point or portal in your current realm, select return to Doolin. It will always be daytime when you return so you will need to rest until evening. Then simply go back to where the faery realm portal opened (the lighthouse). Also remember to check in at the pub at both day and night time to see if any quests have been added.

You cannot get an ice element folk for Keats in the Faery realm. They become available when you get to the undersea realm.

You do get the cloak for Ellen in the undersea city. Whoever said chapter 4 was probably counting the prologue as well.

Re: Can i go back to a realm whenever i want?

It actually depends which area you choose to send Ellen and Keats to in the storyline.. The Cloak of the Deep is in the Forgotten Palace so if you sent Ellen to the Swamp of Oblivion, you will have to return after the chapter is done.

If you choose the swamp of oblivion you can still trek back after defeating the Folklore and enter the forgotten palace. The chapter requires you to manually travel back to Doolin after defeating the Folklore if I remember rightly. So providing you don't do this just go and pick it up during chapter 3.

Re: Can i go back to a realm whenever i want?

i am so confused right now. i've beaten the chapter 3 folklore. i've returned to doolin after the cutscene. i sent ellen to the forgotten palace because i know it was supposed to be there. do you have to beat ALL the folks in ALL of the undersea city realm to get it. or just the folks in the room with the cloak in? and WHICH ROOM IS IT!? Hehe.

Click Here For the link This cloak can be found in a purple memory stone in the Undersea City. The stone can be found in the first area of the Forgotten Palace after beating all the Ascidia.
