Has anybody here got Folklore? Is it worth buying?

I heard it was pretty good when it came out. But i think people got fed up with all the updates and that you had to pay for them (is that right folklore fans??)

I tried the demo and was sort of impressed. Not really my cup of tea though tbh, not a game i could be confident that i'd invest my time into.

theres a demo on the ps store, im thinking of buying this two.

Its a good game, if you like your games with an in-depth story than buy it.  Its good to see how everything unfolds, dont think ive played another game quite like it.

im just renting it for this week to give it a go- so good so far though a couple of things bug me

first the amount of loading- it really annoys me as it takes you away from the action

second the amount of cut scenes- dont get me wrong i like them- i loved mgs4's    - however i feel folklores are a bit annoying

finally the camera isnt adjustable 

however im still having good fun- why not rent it- was 3 quid for a week at blockbuster- seemed good to me

I loved this game for a while for the following reasons:

Great story

Story told with two different types of artwork

Great battles

Unique gameplay

Downloads not required the game feels complete as it is

Excellent characters

I stopped playing cos:

The pause after changing folk eventually got annoying

Found myself constantly back tracking an still not getting anywhere

Puzzles with folk got confusing

better games came out

How long does it take to complete?

Short games seem to be the new trend these days... o.-

Took about 20 hours.

i found folklore to be a good game, the storyline is very good with some excellent characters. the voice acting is also welldone but they are hardly used, instead most of the dialogue is just written text.

main problem for me is that you have to visit the levels twice.
