Hi,

I got the FIFA 13 today, but i cant access online. I get this "We're sorry but you are not permitted to register an online pass which is required to access all online features."

Now, the online games wont start. I get disconnected before it starts. I turned off my system and now it tells me that i need another online pass.

Why is this so and what do I need to do to fix the problem ?

So you have downloaded the pass? Try deleting the FIFA 13 game data from the game data utility and redownloading the pass

I'm having the same problem. I tried deleting and re-installing, like you've mentioned and it still doesn't work.
Any other suggestions? I'm a noob when it comes to online gaming.

I have the same problem it says I dont have an online pass when I *****ing do because I got the game 2 daYS ago , so i just restarted my ps3 and now it says there is a problem connecting to fifa 13 ultiamte team so i dont know whats going on

sorry mine was due to my own error i redeemed the ultimate team codes and not the online pass,

if u guys got the ultimate edition there is two codes overall to redeem that might be what you did aswell.
