How do I get the fifa 11 update for my teams ?

Hi all of my pals have got the updated teams for fifa 11 but for some reason I have not ? Is there anyway that i can get this for my ps3 ?

I think most people get it by playing an online ranked game.

 

Once its found an opponent before getting to the team selection screens an option will come up saying there is a squad update. Usually I click yeh i do want update squads then yeh i do want that update to save over my current squad list. 

If you dont choose to update squads you cant play the online ranked game.

 

To do it manually there is an option in the menu system. Not quite sure how to get to it specifically cause my fifa isnt turned on. But yeh try looking in the "My fifa 11" part.

If you still can't find it - it is 'MY FIFA 11' > 'EDIT TEAMS' > 'DOWNLOAD LATEST SQUADS' or some other variant
