This is a new club formed by myself and my mate. We only believe in playing football one way and that is by keeping possession and scoring well worked goals as a Team.

We aim to create an established club, we will not be going for success straight away as we want to create a club who know how to play football as a team so we will be working on this.

Players who play in this team must be dedicated to an EOF style of football. We want players to know that it isn’t all about going forward but it is about using the ball wisely and not pushing the play as sometimes going back opens up new opportunities to progress the play forward.

What we are looking for in the Players we recruit:
We will be looking to pick up a CM who understands that when you play that position it is not all about running away from our defence, you will need to show feet and ask for the ball of off the defence, this way you will conduct the play and get the rhythm of the team flowing.
We will be looking for two STs –

1st ST will need to be like a Drogba figure, we will need to see them bullying CBs and holding the ball up, and bring others in to play like the CMs and your other strike partner

2nd ST will need to be like a Tevez / Defoe / Rooney, they will need to be always around the main focal point of the team there strike partner where they will be able to receive knock downs and also be bought into play. They will also need to defend from the front as in this team we will defend as a unit from back to front. It is important that they chase them down uptop as it keeps the opponents defence under constant pressure.
