Hi

in the passed day 13 january i recharge my psn account with 10€ but you take 20€

 

on the recibe of the debit card apears 10+10 in the same day at the same hour.

 

In my account only appears 10€ but I payed 20

 

I need some support by PS

Try phoning Sony customer service in your area, that'd be the quickest way to resolve this.

Indeed that is a good idea, alternatively you could head over to Tech help section of the forums to see if that helps you find a solution.
